Specialized Eliminator Grid Gravity Radial T7/T9 TLR MTB Tyre

Specialized Eliminator Grid Gravity Radial T7/T9 TLR MTB Tyre

The Specialized Eliminator Grid Gravity Radial T7/T9 TLR is an MTB tyre developed for trail, enduro and e-MTB riding on natural and technical terrain. Its construction combines a radial casing designed to increase ground contact with a dual-compound tread that balances grip and rolling efficiency.

Sweet Spot Ply radial casing

The Sweet Spot Ply technology uses a radial-style casing angle designed to reduce radial stiffness and increase the tyre's contact patch by 30%. The aim is to improve conformity to the terrain and traction while retaining the lateral stability needed for cornering and changes of direction.

GRIPTON T7/T9 compounds

The tread combines two compounds with different characteristics:

• GRIPTON T7: used in the centre tread to promote efficient rolling.
• GRIPTON T9: used on the shoulder knobs to provide high grip and cornering control.

Grid Gravity casing

The 60 TPI, 2-ply Grid Gravity casing is designed for demanding riding conditions. It also features bead-to-bead protection.
