EU and Extra-EU Shipping

We ship to all European Union countries and several Extra-EU destinations. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.

For orders including bulky items such as bicycles, training rollers, or particularly heavy products, the system may require a manual verification of the shipping cost. In such cases, you will be contacted before your order is dispatched.

Extra-EU Customer Terms

For Extra-EU orders, the displayed prices do not include VAT, customs duties, or import taxes. Any customs charges applied by the destination country are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

If delivery cannot be completed due to unpaid duties or customs fees, and if the package is not held at customs, any costs incurred for returning the package to Marchisio Bici S.r.l. will be deducted from the refund and cannot be reimbursed.

For orders below €69, we offer affordable rates for fast and convenient delivery:

  • BRT: €4.90 — delivery in 3–5 business days
  • GLS: €7.80 — delivery in 2–3 business days

Orders over €69 (excluding bicycles)

For orders over €69, we provide special rates on accessories, components, and cycling apparel:

  • BRT: FREE — delivery in 3–5 business days
  • GLS: €3.00 — delivery in 2–3 business days

Bicycle Shipping

Shipping bicycles and e-bikes requires reinforced packaging and dedicated handling. Each bike is inspected and pre-assembled before being handed to the courier to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
