One of the most frequently asked questions is how a bike purchased online is shipped. Every step, from preparation to final testing, packaging, and delivery, is carried out with care to ensure the bicycle reaches the customer in perfect condition.
When you purchase a bike online or via email contact, it can be shipped throughout Italy or internationally. The preparation phase begins within 24–48 hours of payment, with the goal of delivering a product ready as if it were picked up directly from the store.
Basic Assembly Service
With the Basic Assembly service, we check the integrity of the product and keep the original packaging as provided by the manufacturer. The customer will receive the bike packaged and protected, but will need to complete the full assembly at a local workshop, including saddle, pedals, and handlebars. This service is included with the standard online bike purchase.
Premium Assembly Service (paid)
With our Premium Assembly service, the bike is assembled by our expert mechanics. Every detail is checked, and any requested customizations are applied.
The bike is then road-tested for a final inspection before packaging. Each part is protected with polyurethane and placed in a reinforced box with double layers to prevent damage during transport.
The customer will receive a ready-to-ride bike, needing only to adjust and tighten pedals, saddle, and handlebars.
What is included inside the package
Inside the box you will find:

- Instructions for correct assembly of pedals, saddle, and handlebars
- Guide for registering the warranty on the brand's website
- Personalized maintenance tips for the specific bike model purchased

Timing and Shipping
Packages are generally prepared and shipped within 24 hours of payment. Shipments are made from Tuesday to Friday during store opening hours via express courier with tracking.
Shipping fees include handling and packaging; any costs are clearly indicated during checkout. We recommend combining all items into a single order, as separate orders cannot be merged.
