The Bontrager Presta Valve Extenders are designed for riders using deep-section rims who need to extend the length of a standard Presta valve.

The extender fits between the valve stem and the removable Presta valve core, allowing a shorter valve to be used when the rim profile requires additional length.

For tubes and tubeless systems

The Bontrager Presta Valve Extenders can be used with inner tubes, tubular tires and tubeless valves, provided that the system uses a removable valve core.

A dedicated closing valve helps prevent unwanted air loss during use.

A practical solution for deep rims

These extenders are useful when the original valve does not protrude far enough from the rim to allow easy connection to a pump. They make it possible to use standard Presta valves with deeper wheel profiles.
