Shimano DURA-ACE FC-R9200-P: power data at your fingertips

The Shimano DURA-ACE FC-R9200-P integrates the power meter directly into the crankset, giving riders a dedicated tool for monitoring power output during training and racing.

The system provides bilateral power measurement and allows riders to monitor the balance between the left and right legs. Data can be transmitted via ANT+ and Bluetooth® LE to compatible cycling computers and devices.

Integrated power meter

The power meter is fully integrated into the FC-R9200-P crankset, eliminating the need for a separate external power-measuring device.

Shimano specifies accuracy of less than 1.5% across the entire calibration range. The system also features active temperature compensation, allowing the software to automatically compensate for temperature variations during use.

Useful data for smarter training

The DURA-ACE power meter does more than display power output. It also provides data for analysing pedalling performance and features Force Vector functionality, allowing riders to gain further insight into how force is applied throughout the pedal stroke.

With compatible devices and applications, riders can use power data to analyse their training sessions and track performance over time.

Rechargeable battery and wireless connectivity

The FC-R9200-P uses an integrated rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Shimano specifies up to 300+ hours of battery life, depending on ANT+ and Bluetooth® LE settings.

The system features a dedicated charging port and supports wireless connectivity for data transmission and firmware updates.

DURA-ACE HOLLOWTECH II crankset

The FC-R9200-P belongs to the DURA-ACE R9200 family and uses HOLLOWTECH II technology. The crank design is engineered to combine stiffness, low weight and efficient power transfer.

This crankset is designed for 2x12-speed road drivetrains and this specific version is supplied without chainrings, so compatible chainrings must be selected separately according to the drivetrain configuration.

172.5 mm crank arms

This version features 172.5 mm crank arms. Crank length is an important factor when optimising riding position and pedalling biomechanics for individual requirements.
