The SCOTT Foil RC 10 Black 2025 is built around a clear idea: bringing together the qualities riders need when speed matters. Aerodynamics, lightweight construction and comfort come together in a road bike designed for performance.

The HMX carbon FOIL RC Disc frame features Road Race geometry and fully integrated cable routing. The setup is completed by an electronic Shimano Ultegra Di2 drivetrain, 60 mm aero wheels and 28 mm Schwalbe Pro One Aero tyres. 🚴‍♂️

HMX carbon frame designed for speed

At the heart of the Foil RC 10 is the FOIL RC Disc HMX frame, made from high-performance carbon fibre.

Its construction features Road Race geometry and internal cable routing. The oversized head tube helps integrate the cockpit and manage airflow around the front of the bike.

SCOTT has also worked on the frame structure to reduce the number of carbon parts and joints compared with the previous Foil generation, aiming to keep weight down without sacrificing the stiffness required for racing.

Aerodynamics integrated into the Foil RC design

The Foil RC was developed to reduce aerodynamic drag while maintaining a platform suited to different racing situations.

The oversized head tube contributes to cable integration and also acts as an aerodynamic element at the front of the bike. The frame, fork and cockpit design work together with the high-profile wheels to create a speed-focused setup.

Shimano Ultegra Di2 2x12

The drivetrain is based on the Shimano Ultegra Di2 groupset, featuring a 24-speed electronic shifting system.

The Shimano Ultegra Di2 RD-R8150 rear derailleur and FD-R8150 front derailleur provide electronic gear changes, while the ST-R8170 shifters complete the system.

The Ultegra FC-R8100 Hollowtech II 52/36T crankset provides a gearing combination suited to fast road riding, while the cassette on this configuration is an 11-30T.

Syncros Capital 1.0 Aero 60 wheels

The Syncros Capital 1.0 Aero 60 wheelset is one of the defining features of the Foil RC 10 setup.

Its 60 mm profile is designed for speed and complements the frame's aerodynamic design. The system features Syncros SL axles with removable levers and an integrated tool.

The wheelset has 24 spokes at the front and 24 at the rear.

28 mm Schwalbe Pro One Aero tyres

The Foil RC 10 is fitted with Schwalbe PRO ONE Aero TL-Easy tyres in 700x28C at both the front and rear.

Shimano Ultegra disc brakes

Braking is handled by Shimano BR-R8170 hydraulic disc brakes from the Ultegra series.

The Shimano RT-CL800 rotors complete the braking system, with a 160 mm diameter at both the front and rear on this configuration.

The hydraulic disc system provides precise speed control when approaching corners at high speed or when road conditions call for greater braking control.

Integrated Syncros cockpit

The cockpit features Syncros components designed to integrate with the Foil platform.

The Syncros Creston 1.0 Aero handlebar is paired with the Syncros Foil 1.5 Aero stem. Internal cable routing keeps the front end clean and contributes to the bike's overall aerodynamic design.

Syncros seatpost and saddle

The setup is completed by the Syncros Duncan SL Aero CFT seatpost, specifically designed for the Foil platform, and the Syncros Belcarra V2.0 NEO Cut Out saddle.

This combination maintains the bike's racing character and completes the integration of the components around the rear of the frame.
