Veleno is the most versatile helmet in the MET range and is compatible with the whole world of cycling thanks to its variety of features. Born for MTB with a sports design, it also adapts to dirt or asphalt. Safe and protective on the paths but light and ventilated for long off-road pedals.
The visor is easily removable thanks to two hidden anchors and integrated into the strap fixing system. This feature makes the design of Veleno Mips really versatile, maintaining cleanliness and style in both modes. On dirt or asphalt, Veleno has no boundaries, as a gravel bike has its strength in versatility.
FULL-WRAP CONSTRUCTION
The design of MET Veleno Mips aims to adapt to various types of use, environment and practice. It is rich in air vents, covering the most sensitive areas of the skull (tempie and nuca), has a removable visor and is completely covered with polycarbonate, a feature that increases the durability of the helmet limiting to the minimum the exposure of the EPS to external conditioning.
MASSIMA VENTURE
Veleno Mips has 26 wounds and an engineered interior to maximize ventilation thanks to special channeling. Air sockets and exit holes create a constant and pleasant fresh air flow. The front is characterized by two side loops that act as a safe and stable seat for sunglasses.
DISTINCTIVE COMFORT
Ventilated, light and exceptionally comfortable. The 360° adjustment ring of the MET Safe-T Upsilon ensures the absence of uncomfortable pressure points on the head perimeter, maintaining the perfect stability of the helmet. The Veleno Mips fit is comfortable with various types of head shapes, ovals or rounder.
MIPS® PROTECTION SYSTEM
MET Veleno is equipped with the MIPS-C2® protection system that allows to dissipate rotational forces caused by specific impacts, completing the safety of the helmet in all its aspects. MIPS® is hooked inside the cap by means of elastomers that guarantee a slip in all directions of 10-15mm, a movement that facilitates the absorption of rotational forces harmful to the brain.
