Scott Solace eRIDE 20: an electric road bike built for longer rides

The Scott Solace eRIDE 20 combines the riding characteristics of an endurance road bike with a compact and fully integrated electric drive system.

Its Solace eRIDE Disc HMX carbon frame features an eEndurance geometry developed to balance efficiency, stability and comfort over longer distances. The TQ HPR50 mid-drive motor adds smooth assistance while keeping the riding experience natural.

Designed for long road rides, climbs and endurance routes, the Solace eRIDE 20 gives you extra support when you need it without losing the feel of a road bike.

TQ HPR50 motor with 50 Nm of torque

The heart of the Solace eRIDE 20 is the TQ HPR50 mid-drive motor, delivering up to 50 Nm of maximum torque.

The compact crank-mounted motor keeps the weight low and central while providing a natural pedalling sensation with low resistance when assistance is not required.

In the European configuration, motor assistance is available up to 25 km/h.

Integrated 360 Wh battery

The TQ 360 Wh internal battery is integrated into the frame, helping maintain the clean and understated appearance of the Solace eRIDE.

The bike is also Range Extender Ready and can be fitted with the TQ HPR50 160 Wh Range Extender, available separately, for additional energy on longer rides.

This makes it possible to extend the bike's range while keeping the main battery and electric system neatly integrated into the frame.

TQ HPR display and smart connectivity

The Solace eRIDE keeps the cockpit clean with a minimalist TQ HPR display and dedicated control system.

The display provides key riding information such as battery level, remaining range and power output, while the system also supports Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity.

Through the dedicated TQ E-Bike App, riders can connect their smartphone and customize selected motor and assistance settings.

Solace eRIDE Disc HMX carbon frame

The Solace eRIDE Disc HMX frame is built from carbon and features an eEndurance geometry designed around long-distance road riding.

Fully internal cable routing keeps the bike's lines clean, while the frame is Range Extender Ready for riders looking for additional battery capacity.

The Solace eRIDE HMX Flatmount Disc fork is also made from carbon and completes the lightweight, integrated frame platform.

Shimano 105 Di2 2x12-speed drivetrain

The Solace eRIDE 20 is equipped with the electronic Shimano 105 Di2 groupset in a 2x12-speed configuration.

The drivetrain includes the Shimano 105 Di2 RD-R7150 rear derailleur, FD-R7150 front derailleur and ST-R7170 shift/brake levers.

The FSA eBike Alloy CK-746 crankset uses 50/34T chainrings, while the Shimano CS-R7100 11-34T cassette provides a wide range of gears for both faster sections and climbs.

Syncros wheels with 38 mm road tyres

The Solace eRIDE 20 is fitted with Syncros Capital 1.0 40e Disc wheels, using 12x100 mm front and 12x142 mm rear thru-axles.

The Schwalbe PRO ONE EVO Super Race TL-Easy tyres measure 700x38C, giving the bike a road-focused setup with a useful balance of speed, grip and comfort for longer rides.

The Solace frame also provides clearance for tyres up to 50C, giving you the option to adapt the bike to different riding requirements.

Shimano 105 hydraulic disc brakes

Braking is handled by Shimano BR-R7170 hydraulic disc brakes, part of the Shimano 105 Di2 platform.

Shimano SM-RT70 Center Lock 160 mm rotors are fitted front and rear, providing consistent braking performance across everyday road rides and longer endurance routes.

Integrated Smartbox and rear lighting

The Solace eRIDE features an integrated Smartbox, allowing compatible components to be connected directly to the bike's main battery.

This helps simplify the electrical system by allowing compatible lights and electronic components to draw power from the main battery.

The bike is Light Ready and this configuration includes a Syncros iL rear light integrated into the seatpost, powered by the main battery.

Versatile endurance geometry for road riding

The Solace eRIDE is designed around an endurance-focused riding position that combines stability and comfort with the efficiency expected from a road bike.

With its 38C tyres and generous frame clearance, the platform can also be adapted to different setups. Compatible Syncros fender kits are available for riders who want additional protection in changing weather conditions.
