FOX FLOAT X2 Factory: a rear shock built for Enduro and Downhill

The FOX FLOAT X2 Factory is an air-sprung rear shock designed to deliver control and extensive tuning options on demanding, technical terrain. Its separate compression and rebound adjustments allow riders to customise suspension behaviour to suit the trail and their riding preferences.

Independent compression and rebound adjustments

The shock features four external adjustments for fine-tuning its performance:

• HSC – High-Speed Compression: adjusts high-speed compression damping.
• LSC – Low-Speed Compression: adjusts low-speed compression damping.
• HSR – High-Speed Rebound: adjusts high-speed rebound damping.
• LSR – Low-Speed Rebound: adjusts low-speed rebound damping.

These adjustments allow riders to tune the suspension response during impacts and throughout compression and rebound, helping them find a setup that suits their riding style.

XV EVOL air spring and Kashima coating

The XV EVOL air spring is designed to provide a progressive, tunable response. The Kashima coating, a distinctive feature of the Factory series, provides a smooth and durable surface.

2-position Open/Firm lever

The two-position lever lets riders switch between Open and Firm modes while retaining the high- and low-speed compression adjustments. This provides a practical way to adapt the shock's behaviour to different riding situations.
